Data Guardian Mobile is a secure mobile productivity app that increases employee access to corporate data without compromising security, employee privacy or the personal user experience on the device. It includes the essential applications you need to read - and even edit - your most secure Microsoft Office applications while on the go. All data sent to / from this application and your corporate PC or IT-authorized cloud service is protected and secured using industry-standard security encryption techniques.

Data Loss Prevention (DLP) encryption protects all files sync’d, emailed, or transferred to your smart device. In addition, your most secure Microsoft Office files (.docx, .xlsx, and .pptx) enjoy Digital Rights Management (DRM) protection. You can collaborate with colleagues, both inside and outside your company, confident that your files remain secure.

Data Guardian Mobile is an enterprise-managed application optimized for smartphones and tablets. Its modern interface provides a great user experience. Your IT administrators are able to define the rules and policies by which enterprise data can be used within this app, while you do not give up rights to the device. IT can set DRM policies to control copy/paste, print, and even screen capture – but only for corporate data on the device. IT does not have authority to manage, control, wipe or monitor your device — ensuring your continued privacy.

An intuitive user interface enables the following key capabilities:
• Data Loss Prevention – work files sent to your device are encrypted, requiring a secure key to access corporate data. Works seamlessly with the popular cloud-based file sync and share services from Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive.
• Digital Rights Management – IT administrators can set policies to control how corporate date is viewed and edited, including access, copy/paste, printing, sharing and screen capture.
• File Access Monitoring – metadata regarding access and usage of your most secure Microsoft Office files is shared with your IT administrator in order to assist with breach forensics and overall policy effectiveness.
